Return & Refund Policy - KoddaX

At KoddaX, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Acceptance Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ Returns Accepted For:
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the package
  • Product not functioning upon delivery
  • Model/variant mismatch (non-customized items)
✘ Returns Not Accepted For:
  • Change of mind
  • Used products (customers cannot use the product if they want to return it; the item must be returned exactly in the condition it was delivered)
2. Return Timeframe
  • Customers must send the product for return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible.
3. Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must comply with the following:
  • Must not be used
  • Must be returned in the same condition as delivered
  • Must include original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, cables, and tags must be intact
If the item is used or damaged, the return, replacement, or refund will be rejected.

4. Return Shipping Method
  • Customers may return products using any courier service or any method they prefer.
  • Returning via Pathao or Steadfast is not mandatory.
5. Mandatory Return Requirements
To ensure authenticity and fair processing:

✔ Unboxing Video Required
  • Must be a clear, continuous video without cuts or edits
  • Must show package, product, and issue clearly
✔ Parcel Must Be Opened in Front of Delivery Personnel
  • Any issue should be reported to the delivery agent immediately
✔ Customer Must Contact Support Before Sending the Product Back
✔ Product Must Be Unused & in Original Condition

Failure to meet these requirements may result in return rejection.

6. Return Shipping Cost
  • The customer will bear all return shipping costs, except in certain cases where the issue is caused by us.
7. Replacement & Refund Policy
  • After receiving and verifying the returned product, the customer will be eligible for a replacement.
  • If the same product is not available in stock, a refund will be provided.
8. Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds will take 3–7 business days to process after verification.
9. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued through:

10. How to Request a Return
Customers may request a return through:
  • Email
  • Phone call
  • Facebook Page
  • WhatsApp
Include Order ID, customer name, clear description of the issue, and unboxing video proof.

11. Mandatory Evidence at Delivery
To prevent misunderstandings, customers must:

  • Record an unboxing video, and
  • Open the parcel in front of the delivery person
This ensures immediate identification of any issue.

12. Stock Unavailability
If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

13. Policy Updates
KoddaX reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
All updates become effective from the date they are published.
